YOUR SOUND SHOP POLICIES

PAYMENTS: We accept: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

SHIPPING: Most packages ship via FedEx Ground. Some small packages ship visa USPS. When listed, FREE Shipping is only for the 48 U.S. States. Hawaii, Alaska, & Puerto Rico are NOT included in FREE Shipping. Call or e-mail us for quote. Orders are processed M-F 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Most orders ship within 1-2 Business Days once payment has cleared. Feedback is left when your order has processed in our warehouse. Your tracking number (if applicable) will be emailed to your PayPal account (if applicable) the next Business Day after your order was shipped.

RETURNS: 14 Day refund from delivery (minus shipping charges). If your merchandise is damaged in shipping or is defective, contact us IMMEDIATELY. We will take care of your issue immediately.

WARRANTY: OSP products are guaranteed to be free from defects for one year from date of purchase. If your item arrives damaged or does not work properly upon arrival, please contact us IMMEDIATELY. For all OTHER BRANDS, they are covered by the standard manufacturer's warranty and terms. Call if you have any questions or check out the manufacturer's website.
